Job Description:

As a Real Estate Sales Agent at Accord Real Estate, you will be responsible for selling off-plan properties in Dubai to prospective buyers. You will use your expertise in the Dubai real estate market and your knowledge of off-plan properties to advise clients and facilitate successful transactions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with unlimited earning potential.

What we Expect?

  • Minimum experience in selling off-plan properties in Dubai is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and off-plan properties.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus

  • استقبال الضيوف والعملاء والترحيب بهم
  • الرد على استفسارات العملاء عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني وكافة وسائل التواصل المتاحة
  • قراءة التقارير والوثائق والمستندات القانونية ومراجعتها والتحقق من صياغتها بشكل صحيح
  • تنظيم مواعيد المحامين مثل المؤتمرات والاجتماعات، وجداول المواعيد، ومواعيد السفر
  • إحالة الأمور اللازمة إلى المحامين في الوقت اللازم
  • كسب ثقة العملاء والمحافظة عليها وذلك من خلال عدم البوح بالمعلومات السرية الخاصة بالقضايا
  • إعداد مُختلف أنواع الوثائق القانونية
  • التواصل مع العملاء بشكل مستمر
  • تحديث السجلات والمستندات والوثائق القانونية أولًا بأول

يشترط وجود الخبرة والاجادة التامة للغة الانجليزية كتابة وتحدث
